A showcase of the high environmental quality at the fringe of Brussels-South (Charleroi) airport – this is how the IGRETEC agency, the owner and architect, saw their building. Undoubtedly, the result lives up to expectations.
The building is protected from overheating by RENSON® Sunclips® shading and benefits from natural NIGHTCOOLING thanks to intensive ventilation from the motor-powered RENSON® Sonovent®-I system. This acoustic grille, necessary due to the proximity of the airport, is also installed in a manual version in various offices, to provide hygienic daytime ventilation for a healthy indoor climate guaranteeing comfort and quality.
